Thule Cargo Box Fit Recommendation for 2018 Toyota 4Runner
Question:
Hi there, Can you recommend a Thule cargo box that can fit on a 2018 Toyota 4 Runner that has a factory roof rack from Toyota? Im concerned that the rack is low and there might be some rubbing or denting of the roof. Thanks

For your 2018 Toyota 4Runner with the factory roof rack the only cargo box Thule recommends as a fit is their Sidekick # TH78GC. The distance between the roof and the bottom of the crossbars on your roof rack is so low that only the U-bolt style of attachment like what the Sidekick has will fit without interference. Yakima also does not recommend any of their boxes as fits either.
