If you are looking for a base plate kit that will fit your 2019 Chevy Spark LT I recommend the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BO54FR which is a custom fit with removable arms for a clean look. It would then be compatible with the Blue Ox Alpha Tow Bar part # BX7380 BX7380which is an excellent non-binding tow bar that includes safety cables.

In order to complete your flat-towing setup you will also need a wiring harness, supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you would like for me to recommend any of these parts for you please let me know and I would be glad to assist.

I have attached sample videos for you as well.

For a wiring harness that will allow the toad's lights to illuminate in relation to the signals on the motorhome, I recommend using the Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit with Bulbs part # RM-155 because it does not require you to splice into any of the vehicle's wiring. For a supplemental braking system that will apply the brakes on the toad in relation to the brake's on the motorhome, I recommend using the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System part # SM99251 because it offers a one time setup that will be completely out of sight once installed. In order to determine if there is a need to use a high-low adapter you will want to measure from the ground to the center of the base plate kit on the vehicle and compare that distance to the measurement from the ground to the center of the trailer hitch on the motorhome. If this distance is not within 3" of one another then you will want to use a high-low adapter which I have attached a list of for you in addition to several other review videos on the above products.
