Since you don't want to install a hitch on your 2018 Nissan Murano the best way to transport bikes will be with a trunk mounted bike rack. These racks attach to the rear door/hatch of the vehicle and provide a similar style rack as a hitch bike rack without requiring you to install a hitch. The trade off is that they end up touching the paint of the vehicle but as long as you keep the rack and vehicle clean you won't have any issues.

For a trunk rack confirmed as a fit check out the Kuat Highline part # HIT2B. I recommend this bike rack because it's incredibly lightweight at 13 lbs (most racks are at least double that), it has a wide contact pad where the rack contacts the vehicle to help distribute the weight and is very easy to install/remove.

If you plan on carrying any womens or alternative framed bikes without horizontal top tubes you may also be interested in purchasing a Kuat Bike Frame Adapter Bar # UB01 to provide a horizontal top tube on your bikes to provide an attachment point.
