The Pack'Em Ladder Rack for Side Rail of Open Air Trailer - 2 Ladder # PK-28WL2-BMH is not rated by the length of the ladder but rather by the maximum weight of 75 lbs per ladder. Although this gives you a max capacity of 150 lbs for the rack, you will still be limited to 75 lbs per ladder so a single ladder weighing 95 lbs would not be compatible.
The length of ladder will only be restricted by the trailer maneuverability with the ladder loaded.
