Yes, the Tow Ready Tail Light Isolating Diode System # TR118821 referenced in your question, which is confirmed to fit your 2016 Jeep Wrangler, will work great with the Blue Ox Patriot Braking System # BLU37TR in place. You will not need to worry about any feedback from the vehicle.
In order to ensure proper operation though you will need to add the Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400 so that the Jeep's brake signal doesn't override the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn and the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332 to provide power to the unit.
