The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider # BWRVK3370 referenced in your question has a total weight of around 266 pounds. Keep in mind though that it can be removed and installed in a couple of pieces. The base by itself weighs about 192 pounds and the head weighs 74 pounds.
Even with the head and base removed separately you will likely still need an extra set of hands.
Something you might consider is the use of a crane along with the Demco Lifting Bracket # DM6100 to help with the process and allow it to be done with a single person.
