If your 2019 Kia Sorento has the factory tow package I recommend Curt part # C56332. There's a connector near the rear of your Kia along the frame rail on the driver's side the harness plugs into. There is also a plastic panel in the way that you need to remove but it comes off pretty easily. I've linked an install video on a 2019 for you.

I also recommend the Tekonsha harness for the higher amp draw if your Kia doesn't have the tow package. It's a different part though, use # 118583 instead. In this case you won't have the connector I mentioned before. This harness plugs inline with the tail lights so you'll have to remove and unplug them. There's a video of this install on a 2017 I linked as well. Once you plug in the harness you need to run a power wire to the Kia's battery. I've linked an article that's helpful in explaining some good ways to run it.
