When installing the Reese universal fifth wheel rail kit # RP30035 in the bed of your 1991 Ford F-250 you'll need to place the rear rail edge exactly 29-1/4 inches from the rear edge of the truck bed and then once that rail is placed use the fifth wheel hitch to place the front rail. This allows the rails to be placed exactly where your hitch wants them to be.
