Universal Base Rails for 1991 Ford F-150 and Reese 14K Classic 5th Wheel Hitch

I was given a Reese 14k classic fifth wheel hitch to put in my 91 f150 but wasn’t given the rails is there a universal rail and hardware kit I can use with the pre-existing holes

We do have the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP30035 that fits your 1991 Ford F-150. It comes with all of the mounting brackets and hardware for the installation and it is compatible with 5th wheel hitches that fit industry standard base rails (see attached dimensions).
If you are asking where the mounting holes for the base rails will be, they will sit a little shorter and a little longer than 22" apart.
