Expert Reply:
The wiring harness I recommend for your 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56331.
Wiring Harness # C56311 has maximum amperage of 3 amps per circuit on the stop and turn lights as well as 6 amps per circuit on the tail lights. It is easy to install on your 2018 Grand Caravan as you will only need to plug it into connection points behind your taillights and run a hot lead to your battery.
I have added a link to an installation video of this harness on a Grand Caravan for you to check out.
