Yes, the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Slipper Spring System part # RM-2560 will work great with 5,000 lb axles. If you wanted to add shocks to the kit to allow it to have an even smoother ride you'd want the shock kit part # RM-2460 which is designed for this kit as well.
