I would double check the installation of the Wiring Kit # ETBC7 and the Prodigy P3 # 90195 on your 2016 Jeep Cherokee as the installation should not be affecting your sensors or front turn signals.
My guess would be that something was accidentally disconnected or cut during the install so that the signals were lost. Are your rear turn signals operating properly? If this is the case then some wiring may have been damaged towards the front of your Jeep.
If the installation of the wiring and brake controller seem to be correct then I would take your Jeep to a dealer or local trusted shop and have them look into it.
