The difference between the WeatherTech floor mats that fit your 2012 Ford F-250 Crew Cab/SuperCab w/Manual Floor Shifter is that part # WT444261 is for a carpet floor and part # WT444261V is for a vinyl floor. They are essentially the same floor mats just with slightly different installs for the most custom application available.
