The height adjustability for the Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package # C16049 that you have installed in the bed of your truck is 14 to 18 inches. The height you want to use is the height that allows your trailer to set as level as possible when loaded as well as still gives you at least 6 inches of clearance from the trailer overhang to the bed rails. I can't tell you which setting will work since I don't know the height of your truck bed relative to the pin box flange height of your trailer but ideally you take those two numbers and whatever the difference is would be the correct height setting to use.
