The best trailer brake controller for your application with your 2018 F-150 towing multiple trailers is the Prodigy P3 # 90195 which you will install using harness # 22292. I recommend the P3 because of its helpful features and proven reliability.
The P3 allows you to store individual power and boost settings for as many as 5 different trailers and call up each one as needed. This saves you having to go through the process of setting the power level each time. The P3 also provides more mounting flexibility than other controllers since it features automatic leveling. Its easy-to-read LCD display provides clear messages rather than complex codes that you have to look up. This is among the most user-friendly brake controller on the market today.
Installing the P3 in your truck is as simple as lugging in the wiring harness # 22292 into the port under the truck's dash and into the socket at the back of the controller. The linked video will show you the install process in a 2018 F-150.
