Both hitches made for your 2004 Lexus GX 470, Draw-Tite # 75155 and Curt # 13445, are welded together as one-piece so I think what you are looking for is actually a 2-inch ball mount that slides into the square receiver opening and lets you tow. This is also sometimes called a draw bar and is what the hitch ball bolts onto. You can see one in the linked photo and an article on how to select one is also linked for you.
A ball mount should be selected so that the trailer sits level to the ground when it is hitched to the vehicle. This is important because trailers handle much better when they are level. The linked article explains how to measure to determine the correct amount of height rise of drop you need to get the trailer level. For instance, Curt ball mount # C45036 provides 2-inches of drop and it comes with a 2-inch ball already installed as well as a hitch pin and clip to secure it in your receiver tube.
We also offer ball mounts that have adjustable height, such as # C45900, and this part even includes two sizes of hitch ball (2-inch and 2-5/16-inch) for even more towing flexibility with just the one part.
