The Kuat Beta bike rack, # B202-114, measures 10-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the upright bar. This is the measurement that you need to determine if the bike rack will work on your CR-V.
We installed a hitch on a 2000 CR-V with rear mounted spare tire, see photo, and the measurement to clear the spare was 6-1/2 inches. You should measure from the center of the hitch pin hole on your vehicle to the farthest out part of the spare to determine if your setup is less than 10-1/2 inches for the bike rack to work.
I also went out to the showroom and measured the width of the upright bar for you. It is constructed of 2 inch square, hollow, aluminum tubing.
