Trailer Hitch Fit for 1995 Pontiac Trans Am
Question:
Ive read conflicting answers here, about Firebird vs. Trans Am...I have a 95 TA think the rear bumper is the same from 1993 thru 2002 and wish to install a hitch...Is the dual exhaust a problem because of the muffler, or the bumper...?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The Trans Am was simply a specialty package for the Pontiac Firebird and there is a trailer hitch that fits your 1995 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am, the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11117 which is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver.
I have added a link to the installation instructions for you to take a look at as well.
