After programming remote the rv side outs, landing gear operate... the problem is the manual switches no longer work?

I spoke with my contact at Lippert and he recommended checking the fuses on the board for the manual switches.

Lippert remoteLC292614 I nave had to reprogram this remote using instructions I can no longer find one trailers web site. The auto sync is going to need the wires on the receiver board moved to different locations than they were before I replaced the remote batterys

You can take a look at the instructions posted on the answer page I linked below. I'm not quite sure what you mean by moving the wiring around but if you can tell me a bit more on what you're trying to do I will be happy to try and look into this further.

@LouisC If you check out the photo in this answer page it looks like you need to hold down the SELECT button for about 3 seconds to unlock the transmitter.
