What Yakima accessories do you have that won't mount to the Rola # 59799? The bar dimensions of this rack are standard for aero shaped bars that most Yakima racks would fit.

Some Yakima accessories do need the Universal MightyMounts # Y03590 like the BasketCase, a few bike racks and ski mounts. I'd need to know what you specifically have though.
