The best 5th wheel hitch we have for your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with an 8' bed is the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3500-5W with the Custom Underbed Turnoverball Installation Kit part # BWGNRK1012-5W. This setup is unique in that it provides you with a connection point for both 5th wheel and gooseneck trailers.
The Companion hitch has 1" thick dual locking jaws that are going to do a phenomenal job of keeping the kingpin secure which in turn reduces chucking and jarring tremendously. It install using a single point and the head can be removed so switching from gooseneck to 5th wheel towing is super easy.
The Turnoverball offers a custom install that will not require any drilling into the truck's frame. It has a durable powder coated finish and offers full access to the truck bed. Like the Companion, the Turnoverball is made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty. This is considered to be on of the best combos on the market. I have attached a review video for you.
