How do you cap off the fitting when no hose is hooked up to it?

The Camco Quick Hose Connect w/ Flow-Through Connection # CAM20143 is a flow-through design and does not have ability to shut off water pressure. If you are looking for a shut-off valve you'd also want the part # CAM20003.
