The best trailer hitch for your 2018 Kia Soul is the Draw-Tite # 24915 which fits all models of Kia Soul with the exception of the EV models. This hitch is your best option because of the reliability of Draw-Tite hitches when towing due to their welded steel construction.
For wiring which will give your Kia a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118637 because it only requires you to plug it in at connection points in your trunk and run a hot lead to your battery.
The correct ball mount for this hitch is the Draw-Tite Drawbar # 3593 which does come with a pin and clip though you will need to use Hitch Ball # 19258 for a 2" ball or # 19256 for a 1-7/8" ball.
