Wire Gauge Needed for Output Circuit of Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller 39510

Hi, Please advise the recommended wire size to run from the controller to the plug on my vehicle. Route length is around 4.5 Mts concerned about voltage Thanks

The output circuit of a trailer brake controller like the Tekonsha Voyager # 39510 will need a wire no smaller than 10-gauge, such as # 10-1-1, to deliver full output voltage to the trailer's brake circuit.
Since you have about a 4-1/2 meter distance (14.85-feet) you should be fine using 10-gauge. But if you want to err on the side of caution you could always double up the wire run with tandem 10-gauge wires or use 8-gauge wire, although I doubt this will be necessary.
