I do not recommend using a leaf spring spacer (lift block) on your trailer. The reason for this is because they can cause the trailer to become extremely bouncy and rough which is just going to put more stress on your suspension and wear out the trailer faster. Instead, I recommend using an axle flip kit so long as your axle is over the leaf spring pack. If so then you can use part # K71-384-00 if you have a 2-3/8" diameter axle or part # K71-385-00 if you have a 3" diameter axle. This kit will lift the trailer equal to the diameter of the axle and height of the leaf spring pack.

Trying to lift a fifth wheel that axles are already below spring from factory. All your articles direct to use the over/under kit but what about axles already below springs. Need about three to four inches of height with new truck. Thanks

If your axles are already below the leaf springs, your best option will be to replace your existing hangers with longer ones. This is the most efficient way to raise the trailer. I have attached a link below that will take you to our full selection.

@ChrisR Trying to lower overall height of a 3500 lb cargo trailer. I know smaller wheels is one way. Already have axle over springs. Is there a taller spring seat I could buy to pick up anther inch or so?

@ThomasB I don't know of any taller spring seats to help you lower your trailer, but shorter spring hangers may be an option. Just keep in mind that while changing components like tires you will want to keep your trailer's carrying capacity in mind. If you want to share why you're looking to lower your trailer, I'll see if there's another option that might work for you.
