Troubleshooting Loss of FM Signal After Removing Satellite Jack
Question:
Hi Radio was working just fine on the fm...i had trouble get my satellite working so i opened the jack on top to find the one coming from the outside wall where i hook up my sat...anyway the sat works just fine but i did lost the radio when its on you can ear the bib from the volume but thats it??is their anything related to that jack antena thing up there also there is a kind of switch on the jack does it has to be on the on position??

It's very possible the FM antenna was ran to the same area as where you satellite antenna jack was. Most likely when pulling wires around you dislodged the FM antenna from the back of the stereo. I'd check there to see if you can get it reattached.
It wouldn't be standard for an FM antenna to have a switch that activates it. There are some powered FM antennas that would have a switch, but that is not common in your application.
