Accessing 2014 Grand Cherokee Electric Brake Wiring

Question:

Hello, Quick question about the location of the factory installed wiring harness. Mine is extremely difficult to access as it seems to be zip tied to other wires. Should the harness slide out of the zip ties or should I cut the ties off? I dont want to cut if it should slide out. Thanks

You can cut the zip tie that is holding the factory brake controller connector for your 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to make it easier to access. If you wanted to make the connection to the # TK93VR and then use another zip tie to put it back up where it was you certainly could.

I attached an install video for this harness that shows it installed on a similar 2014 Grand Cherokee as yours too.
