As long as the 1994 Ford F-350 came with a factory trailer connector (4-Way or 7-way are the most common) you can use the Tekonsha Wire Replacement, # 3035-P. This harness fits your truck and the Tekonsha Primus Brake Controller, # TK90160. I have included links to the installation details for both parts for you.
If the truck did not come with a factory installed trailer wiring connector of any kind, you would need to hardware the brake controller. For that you would first have to install a 4-Way trailer connector, # 118316, and then a 4 and 7 Way Installation Kit, # ETBC7. I have included links to the installation details for both parts for you. I have also included links to a videos for the harness and ETBC7 kit.
If you have to hardwire the brake controller, you would not use the # 3035-P harness.
