The item you selected, Excalibur Trailer Wheel Center Cap, part # 425EZ, will fit wheels with a pilot hole size of 4-1/4 inches. The overall height of part # 425EZ is 4-3/8 inches. This cover should work well as replacement hub covers for your horse trailer.
I have attached a picture showing the height measurement of the Excalibur Trailer Wheel Center Cap, part # 425EZ.
