It sounds like the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 will work well for you. The biggest question is the 4 inch drain you mentioned. Most drains are 3 inches and if you have the standard 3 inch drain it will work well. This hitch is easily installed with bolts to an I-beam frame. If you want to weld the hitch in place, you will need to clean both surfaces to bare metal for proper strength. I've attached a photo to assist as well as a video.
This will work very well as long as your trailer is under 3,500 lbs and your tongue weight under 350 lbs.
For your ball mount, I recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 7,500 lbs # 989900 which will give you different rise and drop options as well has hitch ball sizes. It also comes with a storage bag to keep things together when not in use. You may also want to consider a hitch lock like # e98880 to deter theft.
