The Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches RP30125 are a universal fit so they can be used with a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with a 6-1/2' bed.
Keep in mind these require you have the Reese 4-bolt universal base rails in order to use. Otherwise you will need to use the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30035.
