Will Hands Free Sensor Still Work With Trailer Hitch on 2018 Ford Escape

hatch release - 2018 ford escape. will the hatch release still work without changing the sensor or moving it?? also do you sell a wiring harness that can used with this product? and how it would be attached

Yes the hands-free lift device will still work after you install the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 36524 in your 2018 Ford Escape. If you take a look at the accompanying photo you can see that you will need to kick your feet to the sides of the hitch as opposed to the center but the hands-free liftgate will still work for you just fine.
For wiring which will give you a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights you need Wiring Harness # C56320. The ball mount you need for this hitch is the Draw-Tite # 36071; it does come with a hitch pin and clip but for a hitch ball you can use # 19256 for a 1-7/8" ball or # 19258 for a 2" ball.
