Question:
What is the best towing setup for a 2016 Titan XD towing a 2018 Forest River Sabre 5th wheel?

The best fifth wheel hitch for your 2016 Nissan Titan XD will depend on if your truck has the OEM integrated gooseneck or not.
If your Titan XD does not have the integrated gooseneck I highly recommend the B&W Companion # BWRVK3400-5W which is considered by many to be the highest-quality fifth wheel hitch available. It features dual jaws which are a full 1" thick to provide a secure connection and polyurethane bushings for optimal ride quality.
The Companion will require the use of Installation Kit # BWGNRK1217-5W which will double as a gooseneck hitch should you ever need one. This set up is rated for 20,000 lbs which will be more than enough for the capacity of your 2018 Forest River Sabre.
Should your '16 XD have the OEM integrated gooseneck the Companion would not be a fit so your best option is the Demco Hijacker # DM8550034 which would require Demco Adapter # DM6200 to install in your truck.
The Hijacker offers a great quality of life feature with its ability to automatically slide which means you aren't going to have to hop out of your truck simply to make a sharp turn. It also has a single jaw which wraps around your king pin for a completely secure connection and like the Companion it has polyurethane dampeners for enhanced ride quality. This hitch has an 18,000 lb capacity which is also more than enough to tow an '18 Forest River Sabre.
If you don't already have a connector in the bed of your Titan XD a great option is the Pollak # PK11893-11932. I have also added links to video reviews of both hitches for you to check out.
