The Replacement Cables for Enclosed Trailer Ramp Spring # CAB1-8CB150 are 150 inches long which is more than enough length from the spring wheel to the door of your 1992 Pace Utility Trailer. This is the only spring cable we currently carry, but it will be a great fit for your application.
