Is Installing Malone Roof Rack on 2016 Subaru Forester with Raised Rails Easy

I have a 2016 Subaru Forester with the moonroof. Id like to be able to remove the rack bars and towers when Im not using it. How easy or hard is that to do once theyre installed? Can you explain exactly? I know its easy with Yakima towers one bolt to deal with and its a static mount so Im looking at the Malone version as a comparison.

The easiest way to show you how easy it is to install and remove the Malone roof rack part # MPG215 will be for you to watch the video I attached and fast-forward to the 1:45 mark where our installer is installing the rack to the raised rails of a 2018 Subaru Forester very similar to yours.
