Weight of B&W Companion Hitch Head and Base Assembly

How much does the BWRVK3705 hitch weigh? Id like to know if one person can handle installing/removing the hitch from the truck bed when not towing.

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3705
has a shipping weight of 152-lbs, which includes the complete hitch and all of its packaging materials. These packing materials will add roughly 10 pounds to the actual hitch weight.
The removable head assembly by itself, part # BWRVC3006, weighs right around 70-lbs and the base portion alone weighs about the same so taking the hitch out of your truck will best be done by removing the head portion first. Two people with sufficient strength could probably remove the complete hitch in one piece.
