The Ram Gooseneck Coupler part # GCPN-30008 gets welded on the trailer and then attaches to the gooseneck hitch ball in the bed of your 2017 Ram 3500. You will want to use the adjustment holes on the coupler to try and get the trailer as level to the tow vehicle as possible. Once this is done you can then pull the spring pin on the coupler to secure it to the hitch ball in the bed. After the coupler is securely seated on the hitch ball you can then attach the safety chains and wiring. Then you are ready to roll once you give everything a once over.
