With the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack # RR46XR installed on your 2016 Mazda CX-3 you are looking at a crossbar spread of 26 inches (distance between front and rear crossbars on center). The Stallion Aluminum Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # 288-09200 referenced in your question will work with a crossbar spread of 17-3/4 inches to 24-3/4 inches, so it's not going to be a good fit on your vehicle.

For an aluminum basket that will fit the Rhino-Rack roof rack on your Mazda CX-3, I recommend taking a look at the Thule Trail XT # TH864XT. This basket is compatible with the spread and size of the Rhino-Rack aero bars and features interior dimensions of 45 inches long, 33-1/2 inches wide, and 5 inches tall. Its 8 integrated tie-down points let you easily anchor gear in the basket and built-in fairing greatly reduces wind drag and noise. This is the most economical aluminum basket we have available that will fit your vehicle with the Rhino-Rack system installed.

We do have steel cargo baskets available as well that feature a lower price point that will work well on your Mazda CX-3. I recommend looking at the Rhino-Rack # RMCB. This is a really nice cargo basket with custom fairing and a black powder coat finish that will resist corrosion. Its inside dimensions are 41 inches long, 30-1/2 inches wide, and 4-3/4 inches deep. Despite its heavy-duty steel construction it weighs just 31 pounds. Adding a stretchable net like # RLN1-RTD4 (which also includes tie-downs) is a great idea to secure your cargo to the basket.

I have attached a couple video demonstrations on these products that you can also check out.
