The Curt Class I Round Tube Receiver Hitch # C11025 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2013 Hyundai Sonata. It will use existing holes in the vehicle's frame for a no-drill installation. This is a Class I hitch that features a 1-1/4 inch receiver, a 2,000 pound towing weight capacity, and a 200 pound tongue weight limit.
I have attached an installation video that you can use for reference.
If you are looking to tow your bike with a trailer, you will also just want to check your owner's manual to verify the towing limits of the Sonata. As long as the loaded weight of your trailer falls below both the hitch's and vehicle's limits, you can indeed pull the trailer safely.
In addition to the hitch, you will also need a wiring harness. I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118557 as long as you don't have the Hybrid model. This custom harness will install by connecting to factory ports in the rear cargo area behind the driver and passenger side interior trim panels. This will give you a 4-Way connector to connect and power with a trailer's basic signal lights.
In order to tow a trailer you will also need a ball mount and hitch ball. I have attached a great article that explains how to choose the right one for your setup along with a link that will take you to our available selection. I have also included a couple articles on trailer towing that you might find helpful.
