The most economical trailer wiring harness available that is confirmed to fit your 2012 Chrysler Town and Country is the Curt T-Connector # C56331. This custom harness will install by plugging directly into factory ports behind the vehicle's tail lights. Once these connections are made, you will simply run the hot lead up to the Town and Country's battery. This will provide you with a 4-Way connector that will connect with and power a trailer's basic signal lights.
I have attached an installation video on the 2013 Town and Country that you can use for reference.
If you also still need a trailer hitch, I recommend the etrailer.com Class III Hitch # E98854. This is confirmed to fit your vehicle and will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. This is also the most economical option available for your vehicle.
I have attached the written installation instructions that you can take a look at.
