Recommended Swagman Platform Bike Rack for Use Behind RV

Question:

Can this be used on the back of a Motor home? I filtered the search for hitch mounted bike racks for Motor homes and this came up, but in the description it looks like it wasnt recommended.

I do have a great option for you, however the Swagman XTC-2 2-Bike Platform Rack # S64670 referenced in your question is not approved for use behind an RV/motorhome.

For a similar Swagman platform-style rack that is rated for use behind an RV, I recommend the Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Rack # S64683. This is a great rack that features padded hooks that hold your bikes firmly by the top tubes and adjustable sliding cradles that can accommodate bikes of different lengths. A hitch and cable lock are also included to secure everything into place and help deter theft. It can handle 2 bikes of up to 45 pounds each.
