Based on my research, the PullRite SuperGlide 2700 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch is designed to fit above-bed, industry-standard base rails.
With this in mind, the Reese Universal Base Rails # RP30035 referenced in your question will be compatible with your existing hitch. This base rail kit is also confirmed to fit your 2016 Ford F-250 with the 6-3/4 foot bed. I do though recommend considering a custom kit instead like the Reese Quick-Install # RP50026-58. This kit includes custom brackets that will use existing holes in your F-250's frame so you won't have to do any frame drilling. This will drastically cut down on installation time when compared to the universal kit that you referenced. Industry-standard base rails are also included with this kit that will work perfectly with your hitch.
I have attached an installation video that you can use for reference, along with the written instructions.
