There is a steering stabilizer which could work for your 1997 Gulf Stream built on a Freightliner chassis.
As long as your Gulf Stream has air suspension and a solid front axle the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer # RM-RBK14-RSSA will fit and work for you.
