What is the Height of the Chocks That Come with the PackEm Wheel Tie-Down Kit # PK-WTD
Question:
NOT sure if my rear engine riding mower would drive OVER these, what is the measurement from the base where they bolt to a surface TO the top highest point? This will help me determine if MY mower can pull over them.

If you want to mockup a trial run to see if your lawn mower can get over the Pack'Em Wheel Tie-Down Kit # PK-WTD then you need something that is 7" wide x 5-5/8" long x 1-5/8" tall. The height of 1-5/8" is from the mounting surface to the highest point of the chock so your test item would need to be at least that high.
