I reached out to my contact at DeeZee and they verified that the thickness of the walls on DeeZee Truck Bed Tool Boxes # DZ67, # DZ70, and # DZ79 are .090". This is the heaviest duty thickest aluminum that they use.
The DeeZee Specialty Series Wheel Well Toolbox # DZ95D is made of hardy 20-gauge steel construction in wheel well style.
