Solution for RBW Fifth Wheel Trailer Landing Gear Needing Replacement Parts

Question:

I have a 1999 Northwood Nash 24 5N Fifth wheel. I have a problem with the landing gear. I have contacted Northwood MFG they said the landing gear jacking legs are made by RBW now part pf Dexter. I need parts for the landing gear jacking legs. Can I buy them through your company? Thanks in advance. Waiting for your reply.

RBW landing gear sets haven't been made in a long enough time that replacement parts just aren't available for them. RBW Industries was acquired by AL-KO Kober Corp more than 5 years ago and the fifth wheel-related product lines were discontinued.

We DO offer complete manual and electric landing gear sets for 5th wheels that you can see on the linked page. These include kits rated for as much as 8K and include items like the Reese dual-motor electric landing gear kit # RP500708, but kits rated at 6K are available too such as manual landing gear kit # LC333966.

The linked diagram illustrates how the jack weld stops and the RV frame clamps match up to hold the landing gear in place.
