Connecting Truck Bed Canopy 3rd Brake Light on 2014 Toyota Tacoma
Question:
Please I need help finding the correct wiring harness for my application. The vehicle is a 2014 Toyota tacoma and I need a harness for my canopy third brake .please help thank u

We don't carry any connectors that mate with the one on your canopy; however, you can splice into the wires. Your 2014 Toyota Tacoma has separate lighting already so there's no need for a converter either.
Use a circuit tester, like part # PTW2993, to find the brake light circuit on your truck and connect it to the brake light circuit on your canopy. If your canopy's lights have other functions make the same connections using the correct circuit on your truck as well. If you need extra wiring you can use # 10-1-1, which is sold by the food, and you can use butt connectors, part # 05732-2, as well.
