There is no difference between those two part numbers on your end. If you ordered either part number you'd get the same B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch part # BWGNRK1108. We have two part numbers though as this hitch shows up in the gooseneck and fifth wheel fitguides since Companion hitches like the part # BWRVK3400 fit it directly. The two part numbers allow us to organize them in our system and fitguides easier.

The two part numbers are actually the same rail kit/gooseneck hitch. Since they appear in the fitguide for both the gooseneck and fifth wheel hitches though we gave them slightly different part numbers to make it easier for us to organize. For your…
