Solution for Needing Replacement Parts for Atwood Surge Brake Coupler
Question:
Im looking to purchase an Atwood surge brake cylinder for my boat trialer and I cant seem to find anyone who carries the replacement. The part numbers Im looking to purcahse are 85841, 87478 and 85852 If these parts are not availible can you recomend replacments? Thank you in advance.

Atwood was bought out by Lippert recently and they basically dissolved all of their surge couplers and replacement parts as they were very problematic.
Best option we have would be a surge drum actuator like the Demco part # DM72VR which is designed to work with drum brakes and fit a 2 inch ball.
