How Does Replacement Rubber Tread # 8510-CP Attach to Ladder Rungs
Question:
how does this part install? does it merely wrap around the existing ladder rung? I want to use it to help cushion the boarding ladder rungs on a pontoon boat....thank you

The Replacement Rubber Tread # 8510-CP that you referenced clips over the top of the rungs of the ladder. If the rungs of your ladder don't match the dimensions this pad was designed to fit you might be able to modify the pads by trimming the corners off and using an adhesive to secure the pad to the top of the rungs.
